Michelle Allaire McNulty is a principal with the firm. She has extensive experience in all areas of labor and employment law, collective bargaining, municipal and education law. She is experienced in appellate work before both the Supreme Judicial Court and the Massachusetts Appeals Court; as well as Superior Court Practice. Administrative practice before the Massachusetts Division of Labor Relations (formerly the Massachusetts Labor Relations Commission and the Massachusetts Board of Conciliation), the American Arbitration Association, the Massachusetts Joint Labor-Management Committee for Police and Fire, the Civil Service Commission, the Department of Employment and Training and the Massachusetts Commission Against Discrimination. She serves as Town Counsel for the Town of Whitman, MA.
Attorney McNulty received her Juris Doctor from Boston College Law School and holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree from Boston University.
She is a member of the Massachusetts bar, as well as the U.S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts and the U.S. Supreme Court. She is also a member and past President of the Massachusetts Council of School Attorneys, a member of the Massachusetts Municipal Lawyers Association, Inc. and a contributing author to Massachusetts Municipal Law, 1st Edition 2002, with 2008 and 2012 Supplements, (MCLE, Inc.).
