Nancy Campany is an associate attorney at MLM. She has extensive experience in general municipal and education issues, including public procurement, contracts, public records and open meeting laws. Nancy also maintains an active practice serving private clients in estate planning and probate matters, as well as real estate law. She has been with the firm since 1985.

Education and Licenses

Nancy earned her B.A. from Vassar College and her J.D., cum laude, from Boston College Law School, where she served as a staff writer for the Uniform Commercial Code Reporter Digest.

Nancy is a member of the Massachusetts bar and is also licensed to practice at the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts.

Nancy is a member of the Massachusetts Municipal Lawyers Association and the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys, Inc. Nancy has been a contributing author to the Massachusetts Continuing Legal Education, Inc. treatise on school law since 2015.
