Alina Kantor Nir has joined the firm as an associate attorney concentrating in student services matters, including special education, civil rights and student discipline. Attorney Kantor Nir is a graduate of Wellesley College and Duke Law School. She recently practiced with Community Legal Aid in Worcester, providing special education support to low income families.

Paige L. Tobin and Caitlin E. Leach are serving as the legislative liaisons for the Massachusetts Bar Association’s (MBA) Education Law Practice Group. MBA Practice groups carry out much of the work of the sections including organizing education programs, preparing articles for Section Review, and performing legislative reviews. Tobin and Leach will play an important role serving as subject matter experts of education law.
