Caitlin L. Mulrooney Leading Legal Workshop on Special Education Transportation
Caitlin Leach Mulrooney is scheduled to lead a legal workshop at an upcoming program on Special Education Transportation hosted by the Massachusetts Association of Pupil Transportation (MAPT).
Caitlin will be joined at the workshop by representatives of the Registry of Motor Vehicles, Department of Elementary and Secondary Education, and Safe Routes to School. The workshop will focus on transportation hot topics and solutions that transportation professionals are facing in the course of providing services to students with disabilities. Presenters will also discuss best practices and solutions.
Caitlin is a shareholder and attorney at Murphy, Lamere & Murphy, P.C. She has extensive experience representing MLM's school clients, regularly providing advice and advocacy in the areas of school policy, general and special education, student discipline, and student services. She is also a frequent lecturer at professional conferences, workshops, and seminars on general and special education topics throughout Massachusetts, and an Adjunct Instructor at Bay Path University.
