MLM on Panel for MCLE’s 24th Annual School Law Conference

MLM’s Paige Tobin will be a panelist at this year’s Massachusetts Continuing Legal Education (MCLE) 24th Annual School Law Conference.

MCLE provides educational programs and publishes reference materials for the continuing legal education of the legal community. MCLE hosts the School Law Conference each year, providing attendees the opportunity to hear from experienced attorneys and officials about hot topics and recent developments pertaining to the field of school law. This year's program features many prominent education officials and school attorneys from throughout the Commonwealth speaking on topics ranging from the needs of newcomer students, book bans, new Title IX regulations, the impact of AI, alternative disciplinary measures, special education agreements, and more. Paige’s panel will focus on practical insights on current issues affecting schools, educators, students, and parents.

This year's School Law program will be held in-person on Wednesday, May 8, 2024, from 9:30 AM to 4:00 PM, at the MCLE Conference Center, Ten Winter Place, Boston, MA 02108. A live webcast, as well as recorded webcasts, are also available. Additional information and registration forms are available on the MCLE website.

Paige is a long time school attorney and principal shareholder at Murphy, Lamere & Murphy, P.C. Paige is a top attorney in her field, working with school districts throughout Massachusetts on legal issues affecting their communities, and she is also a co-author, along with fellow MLM attorneys Michelle McNulty and Nancy Campany, of the chapter on School Law for the MCLE Municipal Law manual. Paige is a frequent lecturer at MCLE seminars and other conferences concerning school law.
