Murphy, Lamere & Murphy, P.C. Welcomes Attorney Katie Mulligan
Murphy, Lamere & Murphy, P.C. is excited to announce the addition of a new attorney at the firm, Kathleen D. Mulligan.
Katie is a graduate of Hamilton College and Suffolk University Law School, and she has been a practicing attorney in Massachusetts for many years. Katie started her legal career as a solo practitioner, running a successful criminal defense practice before transitioning into insurance defense, where she specialized in fraud investigations. More recently, Katie has focused her practice on labor and employment matters.
Katie brings valuable experience to MLM, having litigated cases in courts throughout the Commonwealth including at the Massachusetts Appeals Court, Appeals Court Single Justice, Superior Court, and District Court, as well as at Massachusetts administrative agencies including the Department of Insurance and Parole Board. At MLM, Katie’s practice includes all aspects of municipal and school law, with a primary focus in litigation, collective bargaining, education, and labor and employment law.
Katie is a member of the Massachusetts bar and the bar of the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts. She is also a member of the Massachusetts Municipal Lawyers Association. MLM is thrilled to have her joining the team.
