23rd Annual MCLE School Law Conference to Feature MLM Attorney Paige Tobin

Paige L. Tobin will present at the 23rd Annual Massachusetts Continuing Legal Education (MCLE) School Law Conference, a much-anticipated event offering a lively presentation on current school-related legal topics.

According to the MCLE’s program materials:

MCLE’s 23rd Annual School Law Conference 2023 examines the latest transformations and trends in school-related laws, regulations, policies, and practices. Experienced attorneys and other school-related professionals distill the most significant updates of the preceding year into a single day of front-line practical information and lively discussion. The Conference offers a comprehensive review of developments in the law through court cases, BSEA decisions, legislation, and regulatory changes. Hear seasoned attorneys offer up-to-date advice on cutting-edge topics (and this year, enjoy the opportunity to network in person). Whether you represent school districts, school employees, or parents and students, the Conference is a necessity for your practice.

Paige’s presentation during the conference will focus on issues concerning student discipline and students with disabilities.

In addition to her work at MCLE conferences, Paige is a co-author, along with MLM attorneys Michelle Allaire McNulty and Nancy J. Campany, of the chapter on School Law from MCLE’s treatise on Massachusetts Municipal Law.

The conference is scheduled for an in-person program and live webcast on May 10, 2023, with a recorded webcast available thereafter. For more information and to register, please contact view the program at MCLE | New England: CLE Programs, Webcasts and Publications.
